Biography
James has been an integral part of Iprism for over a decade. He began his career in a sales role, transitioned into underwriting, managed the commercial team, and now leads operations. His journey has been marked by continuous learning and adaptation — from mastering risk assessment to devising smarter strategies to support our brokers and enhance team efficiency.
What I love about Iprism is the vibrant energy and ambition that permeates the company. We're a young, agile team with a collective drive to continuously improve and innovate.
