Specialist insurer Ecclesiastical and iprism have launched a new digital platform designed to provide cover for smaller not-for-profit organisations.
The platform builds on Ecclesiastical’s existing partnership with iprism and enhances market access by streamlining the quoting process for brokers. Through the collaboration, Ecclesiastical also benefits from access to iprism’s extended distribution network, which includes a wide range of smaller not-for-profit clients.
As a charity-owned insurer, Ecclesiastical is committed to giving back to communities. This new initiative aims to expand its support by partnering with brokers who understand their customers' unique risks and needs.
The newly developed e-trading platform simplifies the quotation process, allowing brokers to input client information directly, receive an automated premium quote, and instantly generate the necessary policy documentation.
iprism CEO Ian Lloyd commented:
“Ecclesiastical is an important partner for iprism, so I’m delighted we’ve been able to work together to deliver this new platform. It brings together our technical expertise in e-trading with their products to offer more choice, more convenience, and greater accessibility for brokers.”
Chris Withers, Schemes and Facilities Director at Ecclesiastical Insurance, added:
“This new proposition builds on our already excellent trading relationship with iprism. Their market-leading underwriting and distribution capability, combined with a shared alignment to our philosophies, makes this an ideal partnership. It also gives Ecclesiastical’s regional teams greater capacity to focus on niche business growth while continuing to support local communities through our products and charitable giving.”
