As we approach the end of the year and the festive season, I want to say a huge thank you to our partners, clients, and the entire Iprism team for another outstanding year. We’ve continued to deliver excellence, growing stronger while staying more connected than ever, and as we look ahead, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on some of the highlights from the past twelve months.
This year, Iprism turned 20, which we celebrated in true Iprism style with fizz and a party at BIBA, also unveiling our refreshed brand identity. Our new branding captures exactly who we are today: totally aligned with our market, while staying true to our core values. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us and helped make our 20th birthday so memorable!
And in our 20th year, we’ve had plenty to be proud of. Firstly, we secured a new multi-year capacity deal with Zurich in February, and in June, we also introduced £10,000 of home cyber cover as standard on all High Value Home policies, ensuring we stay ahead of the risk curve in a rapidly changing cyber landscape. With cyber security dominating headlines this year, it’s been great to respond quickly and bring meaningful protection to our brokers’ private clients. Finally, we launched a brand new Contractors All Risks product in July.
These are all major achievements, and I want to thank the team for the hard work and determination that made them happen, helping to make 2025 a landmark year for the business. We were also ranked in Insurance Times’ Top 80 MGAsand awarded a 5-star rating by Insurance Business, placing us among the leading MGAs in the UK. These recognitions are a real testament to the strength and resilience of our team, particularly as the market begins to soften.
In fact, this year our team has gone from strength to strength, and I want to thank everyone at every level, from those closing the deals, to the vital colleagues behind the scenes who make it all possible. This year we welcomed over 15 new faces to Iprism and celebrated several long-service anniversaries from Bradley Harmer and Aaron Woodhams. I can’t thank you all enough for your dedication to Iprism - we wouldn’t be where we are without you. I’d also like to congratulate Adrian Saunders on his appointment as Non-Executive Chairman of the Iprism board. I’m excited about what the team can achieve together we move into the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow and progress.
Finally, 2025 has been a year of giving back. As a team, we’ve supported two local charities alongside several national initiatives, raising over £7,000 and volunteering an incredible 54 hours. While the market continues to focus on automation, efficiency, and technological change, Iprism has always been about the people.
We’re moving into 2026 grounded in our values and full of ambition and a commitment to continuous improvement, as we continue to deliver effortless underwriting and a consistent, sustainable approach to service. 2025 will be a tough act to follow, but I’m looking forward to the year ahead with the continued support of our brokers, capacity partners, and our incredible team.
