As part of iprism's recent brand refresh, they've been busy updating their broker portal to bring it in line with their new look and feel. Launching next week, when brokers log into their online portal they will be treated to a new-look system. As well as its visual revamp, iprism have also added in some new and improved functionality in order to create a more efficient user experience for their brokers.

From next week, brokers will be able to access iprism's Live Chat function from any logged-in page of the portal and in addition they can now request chat transcripts from their conversations with iprism's underwriting team. Brokers will also see the addition of a Scheme Hub, a new space that gives them direct access to iprism's scheme partners who provide solutions for niche risks or those that are hard to place. Also, those brokers who have Commercial & Contractors Combined clients can now complete an online risk form or submit their own risk presentations via the portal.

These functionality updates, along with various others, have been implemented with iprism's brokers in mind. Improving the user experience has been one of iprism's focuses when developing their new-look portal. Furthermore, one of their focuses is to deliver more user-friendly question sets in the coming months, with their new Home product being the first to adopt this improved format. Now, brokers will be asked fewer, more tailored questions, spending less time completing their question set and more time helping their clients.
