iprism have today launched a newly-designed website. This update forms part of phase one of their brand refresh (more on that later) with the main goal of providing their valued brokers and prospective partners a more user-friendly browsing experience. This update also complements the ‘Technology Enabled.’ element in their company strapline; highlighting how iprism are using their technology to give visitors an efficient online user journey.

Homepage

iprism’s valued brokers will now be able to find useful information about their products and recent business news stories on the homepage of the website.

Support

As part of iprism’s user-friendly browsing experience, they have created a journey that asks the page visitor who they are and why they might need to get in touch. This update complements the ‘Service Led.’ element of their company strap-line, providing brokers, suppliers and policyholders with a straight-forward and dedicated service.

Look and Feel

Their long-overdue brand refresh is currently in phase one. Phase one encompasses company assets such as the corporate website, email templates, social media channels and e-signatures. Phase two, which will be implemented later in the year, will see assets such as policy documentation, corporate brochures and the online portal be given the same look and feel as the website has now.

Online Portal

The iprism online portal is now accessible directly via the website, www.iprism.co.uk. Throughout the coming months, brokers will start to see the online portal switch over to a new look and feel, in line with the website. iprism will be updating each question set and implementing a more efficient and reactive user journey.
