You can tailor protection to clients in many different trades, benefitting from the higher levels of delegated authority our underwriters enjoy for this product.
Our cover for standard risks includes Property Damage, Business Interruption, Public and Products Liability, Employers’ Liability, Contractor’s All Risks, Engineering Breakdown, Terrorism, and Legal Expenses.
We can also provide extensions of cover, including enhanced height and depth limits, payments to bona fide subcontractors up to 100% of your client's turnover, coverage for defective workmanship, protection against damage to property being worked upon, professional indemnity, financial loss, efficacy cover, and unusual building methods and techniques.
