This flexible policy can be tailored to suit the needs of your client, with Property Damage, Business Interruption, Public and Products Liability, Employers’ Liability, Contractor’s All Risks, Engineering Breakdown and Legal Expenses covers available. Our Contractors Combined Insurance is suitable for businesses with more than 10 manual workers, as is rated on a wages and turnover basis.
Our underwriting appetite extends to a wide trade list including general builders, groundworkers, joiners, bricklayers, and flooring contractors, plus many more.
Our underwriters enjoy a higher degree of delegated authority under this product and can consider risks which fall outside of our standard Tradesman, Contractors & Professionals underwriting criteria e.g. height and depth limits, heat work away, payments to Bona Fide Subcontractors and unusual building methods and technique.
